Moderna SECOND DOSE Information and Schedule

If you received your first dose of the Moderna COVID-19 from Truckee Meadows Fire & Rescue you were automatically scheduled to return 28 days later for your second dose.

Please remember to arrive ON-TIME and have your completed “Orange” screening paperwork and your CDC Vaccine Verification.

The “Orange” screening paperwork that you were given during your first dose appointment should have a sticker reminder of your date. Your appointment is set for the same time window that your signed up for the first time.
